MEET DONATO
Donato was born in Napoli, his father a fisherman and his mother a market gardener, he grew up in a simple family that understood good produce and how to eat it. He spent many years perfecting pizza, pasta and pesce in the kitchens of the famous Amalfi Coast before moving to Mangawhai in 2012. Donato believes his purpose is to save people from indecent food exposure.
