Preparing pizza toppings - an array of fresh, natural ingredients and how they best go together. Parolacce & Gesti Napoletane - naughty words and interesting napolitan gestures. Experience: An afternoon or evening, watching, tasting, participating, feasting and debating, Napolitan style. Set in an outdoor pergola space with spectacular views of the vineyards, valley and Brynderwyns.
